Customer Journey
Follow a customer through the store as he explores the products on offer, gets products recommended to him, tests them out and compares them to others, and ultimately makes a purchase he's satisfied with!
How does it work?
Behind the Scenes
The Experience Ecosystem blends online and in-person shopping through several features, but most notably the recommendation system.
How did we achieve personalization without personal data? By learning both from general store and market trends, and by adapting to the customer's actions: how long they spend with each product, and which ones they try out further.
