About
Hi! I'm Olaf, a designer at Georgia Tech specializing in product and spatial interaction design.
I am currently a third year Industrial Design Student in the Interactive Product Design Studio. This past summer I worked at the Phillip Beesley Studio/ Living Architecture Systems Group as an Industrial Design Intern. Last year I studied abroad at TU Delft, participating in the Interactive Environments Minor, and the previous summer I was in the Advanced Design Offsite Summer Cohort 2. This coming summer I will be working as a Spatial Interaction Design Intern at NorthernLight, a creative agency in Amsterdam. I am available for the 2024-25 academic year to intern part-time as I will only be taking one class each semester, so feel free to get in touch!
A more comprehensive overview of my skills is included in my resume linked above, but I am a confident sketcher of products, spaces, and people, an enthusiastic maker, and an adept communicator and team player.
I am super passionate about interactive spaces and immersive experiences, but I also love soccer (playing and watching), food (cooking and eating), urbanism, many more things, and will talk with you about any of them for hours on end.
I hope you enjoy my portfolio, please let me know if you have any questions or just want to talk, feel free to reach out at any of the links above.
